High purity manganese carbonate MnCO3 has a very important and extensive application in the electronics industry. Today, we introduce an experimental method to produce high purity manganese carbonate by wet leaching manganese oxide MnO2, containing a small amount of Fe, Al, Mg and other impurity elements. The specific process is as follows:
1 leaching, leaching temperature between 90 ℃ ~ 95 ℃, and the purpose of continuous mixing 3 hours
2 removing impurity: (1) to add a certain amount of manganese carbonate leach liquor, to adjust the pH of leach liquor is 3.5 ~ 5.5; (2) and add a certain amount of pyrolusite and hydrogen peroxide solution, hydrogen peroxide can not only will Fe2 + oxidation of Fe3 +, and can improve the leaching rate of pyrolusite. And then filter;
3 Preparation: under 30 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, the ammonium bicarbonate solution added to the manganese sulfate purification drops, the final control reaction liquid pH at 6.5 ~ 7.0, MnCO3 precipitation. The temperature control below 35 ℃. The MnCO3 precipitation generated shall be fully washed and examined for washing.
